Is there a fee to attend?

The Microsoft GDPR Partner Summit is free to attend, but there is a no-show fee (see below). Attendees are also responsible for their own travel-related expenses.


What is the cancellation policy?

If for any reason, you need to cancel your participation, please email the Registration Team at MSGDPRpartnersummit@dynamicevents.com. Please note: you will be charged a 400 USD no-show fee if you do not attend this summit without cancelling your registration by 12:00pm (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, March 27, 2018.


I can’t attend but my colleague can go in my place, can I transfer my registration to my colleague?

Yes, please email the Registration Team at MSGDPRpartnersummit@dynamicevents.com. Please copy your colleague on the email so that we may contact them directly to make the change.


If I am not from the United States or my nationality requires me to obtain a visa for travel to Redmond, Washington, who do I contact?

Please contact your nearest US embassy or consulate general for visa information.


Can I record sessions or take photos during this summit?

We ask that you please refrain from taking photos or recordings during sessions. We will have all presentation materials available immediately post-summit within the attendee portal.


Will I have access to Wi-Fi during the summit?

Yes, wireless internet access will be available throughout the Microsoft Conference Center.


I require assistance or have special dietary requests. How do I notify the summit of these items?

During the registration form, there are questions that are asked in regards to assistance needs or special dietary requests. Please enter this information during the registration process. If you have any requests that are outside of what is listed on the form, please email the Registration Team at MSGDPRpartnersummit@dynamicevents.com.
